Berkeley Social Welfare provides a listserv for community members to communicate job opportunities related to the field of social welfare and social work. In order to maximize the usefulness of the listserv, list members are asked to:
- Only post job opportunities social welfare and social work or their related fields.
- Refrain from sending emails related to a personal job search (e.g. "Hello! I'm looking for a job. Here's my resume...")
- Refrain from replying to the listserv. Anyone looking for more information about a job posted in the list should e-mail the sending agency or individual directly.
The listserv belongs to the School of Social Welfare. While emails to the list are not screened prior to posting, violators of the aforementioned rules are subject to removal from the list.
Join the Group
To receive email notifications when new jobs are posted, select the "Join Group" option on our go to Job Openings Google Group.

Post a job
If you would like to announce a job vacancy but you are not a member of the group, you may post announcements by sending to sswjobs@lists.berkeley.edu. Please be aware that emails are not screened or moderated prior to distribution; your message goes out directly to everyone on the list.
