Room Reservations

Space in Haviland Hall managed by Berkeley Social Welfare can be reserved by employees and doctoral student researchers through bCal. Haviland facilities are generally available 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Please submit requests at least three days in advance to guarantee that reservations are approved on time. Please ensure that after your use of any room, furniture is returned to its original layout, all trash is removed, and windows and doors are closed and locked when you leave.
