MSW student Jacob Fraker drafts AB 2283 to support rare disease patients in California

Born with cystic fibrosis, MSW student Jacob Fraker has firsthand experience with the challenges of coordinating care for a complex condition while also navigating school and work. Now an intern in Assemblymember Susan Eggman's office, Fraker has drafted AB2283 to create a rare disease council and ombudsperson to better support rare disease patients in California.
