To accept your offer of admission, log in to your application status page and complete the “Reply to Offer of Admission” form by the priority deadline of April 1, 2026, or by the final deadline of April 15, 2026. 

To decline your offer of admission, we kindly ask that you complete the form and follow-up questions so we may learn of your decision.

Follow the Steps in the New Student Checklist

  1. Accept your admission offer by completing the “Reply to Offer of Admission” form in your UC Berkeley online admission application account.
  2. If eligible, submit a FAFSA or CADAA as soon as possible upon accepting admission.
  3. Establish your CalNet ID and bConnected account.
  4. Set up your berkeley.edu email address.
  5. Submit Statement of Legal Residence in CalCentral.
  6. Please take a moment to review the full text of the campus residency policy, what students should do once they arrive, and applicable deadlines, which can be found on the Office of the Registrar's Residency website. Students with residency questions can also contact the Residence Affairs unit by email to orres@berkeley.eduor by calling 510-643-4222.
  7. Get your Cal 1 Card (campus student ID card) and your BayPass at Orientation.
  8. Complete any other required tasks (in CalCentral) and trainings, including the Live (Synchronous) SVSH Prevention Education for New Graduate and Professional Students.
