As a first-generation college graduate from a low-income background, Bianca Ramos (she/her) is passionate about centering the lived experiences of students and providing them with individualized support with care and compassion. She earned a B.A. in Psychology and Education and a M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs. Bianca has experience in K-12 tutoring, academic advising, residential life, case management with coordinating student support around basic needs, and program management, including developing and implementing first-gen initiatives and events. Bianca is originally from the Bay Area, and she enjoys discovering new boba spots and bakeries around the Bay. Some of Bianca's favorite hobbies include figure skating for fun, making collages using magazines, jewelry making, and spending time with her two cats.
