Bio/CV: 

Bianca Sandoval is the Practicum Program Administrative Support Specialist at Berkeley Social Welfare. She began her career at Berkeley working as a student assistant at the School of Social Welfare back in 2022, taking a semester off in 2024 to pursue an internship with Macmillan Publishers. Having come from a low-income family, Bianca is a first-generation college student who earned her Bachelor's in English from UC Berkeley in 2026. She comes from a Hispanic background and is the third-oldest of four siblings. 

Driven by her own journey as a first-generation student, Bianca is deeply committed to advocating for students from all backgrounds, empowering them to reach their full potential and pursue their academic and professional goals with confidence. She is dedicated to providing the guidance and resources necessary for students to thrive, ensuring they have the opportunity to achieve their own version of success.

Outside of work and academia, Bianca enjoys being outdoors, reading, yoga, finding new cafés, and spending time with her two cats.
