Juyeon Lee is a doctoral student in the School of Social Welfare. The broad goal of her study is to understand how universal, preventive programs can effectively promote children’s social and emotional development and well-being. She focuses on the implementation of a school-based social and emotional learning (SEL) program and its effects on children’s growth in social, emotional, and academic competencies. She is also interested in statistical methods for modeling longitudinal and multilevel data.
