Ralph Kramer is professor emeritus at the School of Social Welfare. An expert in the field of nonprofit organizations and the welfare state, Dr. Kramer's research focuses on the purchase of service contracting as well as volunteer agencies and citizen participation. His research introduces an international comparative studies frame of reference to these topics. Dr. Kramer's interests also include community development, social planning and developmental disabilities.
