Recruitment Information Sessions
Learn
what an MSW in Social Work can mean for your future.
Are you interested in human service work and in helping others
improve the quality of their lives? Professional Social Workers
are in great demand in a wide variety of settings including mental
health services, children and family services, health services,
geriatric services, criminal justice, administrative service,
education and research, to name a few. Learn more by attending
an informational session about the Master's program in Social
Welfare at U.C. Berkeley.
We will discuss what social workers do in a variety of settings,
and you will receive information about MSW curriculum, financial
aid, internships, research opportunities, and application procedures.
Students and faculty will share with you their experiences of
graduate school and how it impacts the world in which they live.
Individuals from backgrounds traditionally underrepresented
in higher education are encouraged to attend. For information,
call our admissions office at (510) 642-9042. No RSVP necessary
-- just show up!
