for October or December CBEST. ALL students, regardless of the year
in which field placement in schools is completed, must complete
these requirements. |

Submit
application for Certificate of Clearance, Livescan (fingerprints)
and cashier's check made out to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
All students are required to submit the Certificate application
at the beginning of the first year even though the school placement
will be completed during their second year. |

2001 or December, 2001 |
Take CBEST exam (if not previously taken). |
| February/March
2002 |
File approved Certificate of Clearance (original copy) with Barbara
Haden, 118 Haviland. |
| After
CBEST completed and approved Certificate of Clearance filed |
Informed of
final acceptance into program.

MSW degree and PPSC requirements. |

Submit
final application and cashier's check for the credential to Barbara
Haden. |
| You
will not automatically receive the credential as you will your diploma.
Submitting application materials to the School by July 1, 2003 will
initiate the final step in the state approval process. Applications
will be distributed in your mailbox just before the end of Spring
Semester 2003. |
